Rooms were good,clean

This was a basic but good hotel. We stayed here for five nights. The staff were very very good. The rooftop bar and staff ( and monkeys) we're great and we loved watching the kites take to the sky late afternoon with a refreshing cold beer. Our room was very large and extremely comfortable. Great value and on a good street to navigate the Pink City! Thank you for a great stay!

It was really nice stay. Clean room and bathroom ! Frendly and helpfull people especially Juned ! Perfect location as well.

Don't ever book this hotel, Booking.com has not verified this , they have fake ratings and inspite of city location locality is too bad for family this is old lodge without lift and any facilities, I got fooled even after payment for booking Without stay I haven't got my money back they have different way of earning, Be aware.

I had an exceptional experience at Pandya Niwas in Jaipur. From the moment I arrived, the staff—Suresh ji —were genuinely welcoming and went beyond expectations, assisting me withSightseeing . The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with crisp linens and a comfortable bed. The in-room facilities like AC, TV, fridge, and hot water worked seamlessly. Located right in the heart of the old city, it’s just minutes away from Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar—perfect for slow leisurely walks through Jaipur’s heritage. Breakfast was decent and freshly cooked (though limited in variety), and the manageable price made this an excellent value stay. But for solo travelers or couples or families seeking authentic charm with clean, comfortable rooms and outstanding hospitality—Pandya Niwas is a standout choice. —this would reflect the tone and content consistent with high praise found in multiple actual guest reviews.

The bed was so comfy Comfiest bed in India I've slept in.

Rooms were okay, but the staff was pathetic. No service, nothing

Our room was exceptionally nice with the white washed furniture and built-in wardrobe. The bed was comfortable, the showers had amazing water pressure and any temperature you preferred from cool to hot!! Really nice retreat from the busyness of Jaipur. I recommend the hotel highly for a good value with all the amenities you need.

Good experience

I booked 2 rooms in Pandya Niwas. Both the rooms were as good as shown in the pictures. The rooms were clean. Kettles and toiletries were provided.

Very friendly and helpful staff with neat and clean rooms. Location is close to attractions in the middle of pink ciyy.

This is best?? place I had in jaipur.... Rooms was neet and clean very beautiful picture?️ hanging around.. Nice fragrance aromas in the passage in the Pandya Nivas... Carring and coprative staff... Location is perfect you can reach center palace, Jantarmantar, hawa mahel, radha govind temple, govind devbji temple , Swaminarayan temple. All markets, best food restaurant near by... I enjoy stay in Pandya nivash I highly recommend this place...... And last I speak slowly it's very budget friendly to your pocket....... Enjoy your stay at Pandya nivash.... ??????
